| Ms York was admitted as a legal practitioner in 1991 and was called to the Bar in 1995. She is a part time Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the University of Sydney, Executive Officer of the Australian Naval Legal Reserve (NSW Panel), and author. |

| Philip is a philosopher based at the University of New South Wales. His work focuses on ethics, political theory and social theory. He is the author of Towards a Theory of Organic Relations: Hegel’s Social Theory from Tübingen to Jena (2010, LAP) and has published numerous academic papers and edited collections. |
