Codes of Conduct

The Code of Conduct has been formulated to provide a clear statement of the University’s expectations of its staff and affiliates in respect to their professional and personal conduct. The Code reflects and advances the object of the University, namely the promotion of scholarship, research, free inquiry, the interaction of research and teaching, and academic excellence, as well as secures the observance of its values.

The Research Code of Conduct states the University's commitment to responsible research practice and research integrity. It explains the University's expectations of researchers and sets out the process for dealing with allegations of research misconduct or code breaches.

The Code of Conduct for Students sets out the University's expectation of students in relation to academic matters and personal behaviour.
