University of Sydney Library Collections

Collections (books, serials, non-book materials, etc.) are housed throughout the Library system according to subject area. The Library holds copies of University of Sydney Ph.D. theses and Masters (by Research) theses. See Theses@Sydney for more information.
These collections operate in most Libraries and are designed to ensure the availability of books and journal articles required for course reading. Loan conditions for 2 Hour collections may vary. Normally only one or two items may be borrowed at a time, for use within the Library for one to two hours.
Overnight loans are available for some items.
