The Library welcomes your comments, suggestions and questions to guide the continuous development of dynamic and innovative services. Library staff will respond to your message directly, and the information you provide will be considered and used in service improvement processes.

What you can expect from the Library

The Library has a Client Service Charter which describes the scope of the services provided to clients. In addition there are a range of policies and strategies that guide Library staff and clients.

How to give feedback or make a suggestion

You can send suggestions about services and resources by using this form.

You can make direct contact by phone, email, mail, fax or in person with your Academic Liaison Librarian, or another senior staff member.

The Library Survey

Every two years the Library conducts a Client Survey to gather information about expectations and gaps in service. The information gathered from this survey is used to set priorities for planning, management of Library resources, and staff development and training.
