You told us, we listened and we are making improvements

We thank all 2951 Library clients who responded to the survey. The survey is one way that helps  identify what services and resources are most important to our clients and identifying priority areas for improvement. Our overall score in the survey was 77%.

The top 10 services identified as most important to you

  1. access to online resources (e.g. ejournals, databases, ebooks) to meet learning and research needs
  2. off-campus access to Library resources and services
  3. Library staff provide accurate answers to enquiries
  4. wireless access in the Library
  5. the Library catalogue is easy to use
  6. items you are looking for on the Library shelves are usually there
  7. Library staff are approachable and helpful
  8. the Library website is easy to use
  9. Library staff are readily available to assist
  10. you are treated fairly and without discrimination by Library staff
