Does the login page keep reloading?

Note: The advice on this page is not intended for people who are getting the page headed "Unsuccessful log-in attempt", which indicates issues with your login details. See the troubleshooting at the bottom of that page for relevant help.

If the login page headed like this:

keeps reloading and you can't get past it, or you are prompted to login multiple times in a single session, check your browser cookie settings.
Enabling third party cookies should prevent you being prompted to login multiple times in a single session.

  • Ensure that Accept cookies from sites and Accept third-party cookie are enabled.
  • Close all your browser windows down, then re-open.
