The Fisher collection aims to provide resources in a variety of formats for the staff and students of the Faculty of Arts, Education and Social Work, School of Business and some schools and departments in the Faculty of Science (including Psychology). It is located on Floors 4, 5, 8 and 9 of Fisher South. and items generally may be borrowed for 12 weeks, unless recalled. You may place a hold on items on loan by using the "Request " button in the catalogue record.

Closed access Compactus located on Level 1. Please ask Rare Books and Special Collections staff for assistance to locate items.
Microforms are located in the open compactus on level 1 of Fisher Library, opposite the main stairs. There are three microform readers available.
The Microform Readers are ScanPro 2000 and allow images to be printed or saved to USB. A quick start guide is available, or alternatively if you require assistance, please ask staff at the information desk on level 3.
A small collection is located in the 2 Hour Collection on Level 3. It is not for loan.
Fisher 2 Hour is located on Level 3 of Fisher Library. The collection contains books, videos, CD's and DVDs. Book chapters and journal articles are available online through the catalogue.

Facilities in Fisher 2 Hour include library catalogue computers, study desks, photocopiers and multimedia equipment for listening to CDs and viewing videos or DVDs.
Academic staff can borrow AV items for class viewing/listening, please contact the relevant staff member.
