Open Access (OA) is an important global trend where researchers choose to provide free online access to their publications. To celebrate Open Access Week 2011 the University of Sydney Library hosted a series of presentations by academic colleagues Simon Chapman, Martijn de Sterke, Alex Holcombe, Matt Todd and Goetz Richter who are harnessing the power of OA to extend their research influence and grow their citation rates.
