The classes are taught in small groups and are hands-on wherever possible.

This introductory session is designed for people who have little or no experience with Endnote and covers:
- introduction to EndNote
- setting up a library and creating references
- importing references into EndNote and Word
- formatting footnotes and bibliographies using EndNote

We routinely run classes throughout the year specifically for Coaching Psychology students which covers Library Orientation, Endnote, and research using PsycInfo and Business Source Premier

Research Impact
This class will cover the various metrics that make up the popular measures of researcher impact, and how to use the available databases to calculate them. Various strategies for improving impact are also discussed
