- Long and short sequencing
- PCR product sequencing
- Microsatellite, Short Sequence Repeat (SSR), Short Tandem Repeat (STR) analysis
- Loss of heterozygosity analysis
- Amplified Fragment Ligation Polymorphism (AFLP)
- Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) analysis
- Multiplex Ligation-dependent Probe Amplification (MLPA),
- Multiple Locus Variable-number tandem repeat Analysis (MLVA)
- Human ID

Features:
- All applications are capable of being set up and run on the same 96-well plate with a single gel, run buffer, and capillary array
- Single setup facilitates gene expression analysis, DNA sequencing and fragment analysis on the same sample plate
- Capacity to analyse up to 30 genes simultaneously via XP-PCR reactions in gene expression mode
- Use unique patented linear polyacrylamide (LPA) gel for all genetic analysis (sequencing, fragment and gene expression analysis)
- Four-wavelength laser-induced fluorescence detection in near IR range
- Automatic alignment of 650 and 750nm dual diode lasers in the optical detection system
- Ability to move system without optics re-alignment by engineer
- Automatic on-line sample denaturation
- Two controllers - one for data collection and analysis and one for gene expression applications, e.g. multiplex primer design
- Integrated unlicensed control and analysis software for sequencing and genotyping applications with unlimited installation on satellite computers
- Licensed gene expression software tools for turn-key primer design, multiplex development, data and project management
