Our structure

Our Governance Authority oversees the overall performance of the CDPC, ensuring what we do meets overarching performance indicators and reflects the needs of our funding partners.

The Executive Committee monitors the progress of the CDPC’s activities, and makes key decisions in new research projects and the allocation of resources.

Seven Enabling Sub-Units in Research Methodologies, Management of Change and Workforce, Health Economics, Technology and Telehealth, Policy and Legislation, Consumers and Designated System Based Investigators provide advice in these areas to the lead investigators.

The Administration Team maintains communications around the CDPC, including project and financial tracking, newsletters and the website.
