Our location
The Children's Hospital at Westmead (CHW) is located on the corner of Hawkesburry Road and Hainsworth Street, 25 kms from the University of Sydney's main campus. The Hospital is within walking distance from Westmead Train Station, and Western Sydney Buses have bus stops located in front of the hospital.
Trains
- Trains from all over Sydney stop at Parramatta station, and many go directly to Westmead station.
Buses
- Bus services operate from all over Sydney to Parramatta.
- There is a special shuttle service from Sydney Airport directly to the Hospital.
- A local minibus (Westbus) operates from Westmead to Parramatta city centre, the Parramatta Rivercat ferry, and Parramatta railway station, every 12 minutes on weekdays.
