Student Accommodation

The BH UDRH has a residential accommodation complex for students in Broken Hill and housing available in the remote townships of Menindee and Wilcannia.

The Broken Hill Health Service kindly provides additional accommodation within their staff quarters for students when student numbers exceed our local capacity.

Please note that housing is located in several different places. Do not assume that you will automatically be accommodated in the same building as any other students from the same university or course.

The Broken Hill residential accommodation is within easy walking distance to the BH UDRH and the Health Service and provides comfortable and modern living. The air-conditioned/heated facilities offer:

• single or double beds
• ensuite or shared bathrooms
• computer and internet facilities in selected rooms
• communal kitchen facilities
• common lounge room with TV & DVD equipment
• outdoor BBQ facilities
• access to mountain bikes.
