RESEARCH TO PREVENT THE COMPLICATIONS OF DIABETES

The Endocrinology and Diabetes Research Foundation was established to support research, particularly in the field of diabetes complications, with the goal of preventing vision loss, kidney failure, heart disease and amputation resulting from this condition.

The Foundation supports both clinical and laboratory research and is active in promoting the training of young scientists and clinicians in this field.
