Working together for children's health

The Faculty of Medicine and the Children's Medical Research Institute (CMRI) strengthened their connections late last month with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding.

"Although we have been affiliated with the University of Sydney for decades the new agreement will enable us to work even more closely together in the future," says Dr Roger Reddel, Acting Director of the CMRI.

The Faculty of Medicine and the CMRI have a long history of partnership in supporting original health and medical research. This new agreement serves to further strengthen the common research activities and interests contributing to improved health outcomes particularly in the field of paediatrics.
