Young voice in health research

27 August 2007
Faculty of Medicine graduate Dashiell Gantner, who is currently on a Youth Ambassador Award in China, is one of only forty shortlisted entrants whose essays will be published in an anthology called Young Voices in Research for Health 2007, to be launched at the Global Forum's 2007 meeting Forum 11 on 29 October.

The Global Forum for Health Research’s 2007 competition on the theme of "Equitable access: research challenges for health in developing countries" attracted 289 entrants from 60 countries. The competition winners –one from a high-income country, one from China and one each from Africa, Asia and Latin-America/Caribbean – have just been announced and will be invited to Beijing, all expenses paid.
