Laughter the best medicine
7 August 2007
Medical Students prescribe laughter as best medicine in R*A*S*H - Med Revue 2007!
What do today’s Medical Students think of the health system and the future of the medical profession? University of Sydney Med students have abandoned their busy schedules saving lives this month to bring you the annual Medical Revue- R*A*S*H. A spoof on the popular TV Series, R*A*S*H is an all singing all dancing sketch comedy show taking a satirical view of current events in Medicine, the University and the Media. From the 22-25th August, they’ll head for the stage to ponder the future of health care, dine with the Bush family and shamelessly mock Medicine’s rigorous admissions process. Despite breakthroughs in medical research, these students still endorse laughter as the best medicine!
All proceeds will support the Royal Flying Doctors Service of Australia.
Do the right thing in support of a worthy cause and catch R*A*S*H at York Theatre, Seymour Centre 22-25 August, for a night of contagious laughs that will leave you red in the face and itching for more!
