A recently renovated fully-furnished split level granny flat available 2 minutes walk from Hornsby Hospital. It has its own entrance, foxtel, Wi Fi, brand new TV, sofa, washing machine, queen bed, built-in double wardrobe and en-suite. The flat is attached to a 3 bedroom house but is completely separate. It's 15mins walk from Hornsby Westfield and the train station, there's ample parking or a bus 2mins away. The flat is over-looking the garden, it's private and completely self contained.
