Research interests

1. RNA processing, in particular alternative splicing, subcompartments of the nucleus and multifunctional RNA binding proteins.

2. Alternative splicing factors in disease, particularly cancer.

3. Genetics of longevity/cell aging and influence of polyphenols such as resveratrol.
