Biographical details
Chris Brown has been a Biostatistician with the NHMRC Clinical Trials Centre since August 2005. He returned to his former university (Bachelor of Science, mathematics and mathematical statistics) after working in statistical support at software company SPSS. He has recently completed his Masters of Biostatistics and became a Research Fellow. He has experience in trial design, analysis and statistical computing, specialises in oncology and is the current COGNO collaborative group statistician and also works closely with the ALTG and the AGITG groups.
Research interests
ChrisÂ’ main research interests include randomisation, phase-II trial designs, methods of time-to-event analysis and genome wide association studies.
