Research interests

I am interested in all areas of drug and alcohol and addiction medicine, but have extensive experience in the area of injecting and illicit drug use and blood-borne infection. Key interest /areas of expertise include: Injecting drug use; hepatitis C epidemiology, prevention and treatment; hepatitis B vaccination; illicit drug use epidemiology and markets; treatments for opioid dependence.

Teaching areas

I have coordinated addiction medicine education in the Sydney Medical Program since 2007 and coorindate the unit of study "Alcohol, Drug and Health" (PUBH5114/5).
