Dr Jennifer Hunter is an academic general practitioner who has trained and worked in Australia and the United Kingdom. Jennifer is recognised as an authority in integrative medicine practice and policy, providing expert consultation to organizations such as the WHO. Her clinical experience, combined with a strong foundation in public health research methodologies makes Jennifer a trusted source for expert information and the translation of evidence into clinical practice, health service delivery and relevant policy.

Research interests

Dr Hunter's research skills are multidisciplinary with a focus on evidence-based medicine, health services research, guideline development and health policy. She employs qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Key topics of interest are traditional, complementary and integrative medicine; lifestyle medicine; patient reported health outcomes; and interprofessional collaboration.
