Finland. (University of Helsinki) A study examining the effects of a specific protein discovered in our laboratory in an animal model in the lab of Dr Caroline Heckmann.
Italy. (University of Ferrara) a collaborative study between our lab and that of Dr Gaetano Caramori examining receptor abnormalities in smoking induced lung disease.
Switzerland. (University Hospital Basel) Collaborations over the last 10 years with Professor Michael Roth resulting in joint publications and sharing of personnel and students.
Japan. (Graduate School of Medical Sciences Kyushu University Fukuoka) a recent collaboration combining work on human and animal tissue which has resulted in a publication in a high ranking respiratory journal.
