Biographical details

Justin is a Biostatistician taking a particular interest in statistical communication and education. He has spent many years teaching statistics at all levels and manages an online statistical resource (zstatistics.com). He is currently lecturing in Principles of Statistical Inference while conducting research into Paediatrics and Translational Health, focussing on developing predictive models for chronic diseases.

He has worked previously as the Senior Biostatistician for the Chief Health Officer, NSW, and there developed a particular interest in Perinatal research leading to his current study of Paediatrics. Prior to that he published several articles into orthogeriatrics and hip-fracture. Despite his research areas, he holds nothing against people between the ages of 15 and 65.
