Research interests
Associate Professor Nicholas Manolios research interests are: (i) Structure and assembly of the T–cell antigen receptor, in particular, its role in the predisposition and causation of auto–immune and inflammatory rheumatic disorders, and (ii) Structure–function relationships of T cell assembly and T–cell activation, and how synthetic peptides may be used as therapeutic agents to suppress inflammation.
