Research interests
Slade's research is focussed on diabetes, stress and heart disease and clinical factors affecting drug metabolism. Machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis and analysis of heart rate variability are his key research techniques.
Teaching areas
Slade is the coordinator of the 3rd year course, Toxicology, and his teaching is focussed in the areas of toxicology and pharmacokinetics.
