Please note that from the 4th of January 2010 the ICT Helpdesk is the primary point of contact for Faculty IT support (excluding websites, see Communications, marketing & alumni)).
The ICT Helpdesk can be contacted:
- by phone on +61 2 9351 6000 Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 am to 9 pm, or
- online via the Self Service Portal which can also be used to monitor progress of your request, or
- lastly by email via support@usyd.edu.au
