Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

MCQs are used in the assessment of our medical students. Discipline members are encouraged to submit questions to our Exam Bank for assessment purposes.

Questions should be written about the curriculum areas and learning objectives which members are directly involved in teaching.

Writing MCQs

There are two formats in which to write MCQs:

  • Single Best Answer (SBA)
  • Extended Matching Questions (EMQ)
Guidelines
