How to use the risks and benefits calculator

Just enter your age and select the disease about which you would like information from the options.

Then choose to calculate the risks and benefits of using HRT over one year or over five years.

A diagram will pop up showing the number of women in every 1,000 women in your age group who we would expect to be diagnosed with that disease if they did not use HRT.

Click on "Show me the risk/benefit" to see how many more or fewer women would be affected if all 1,000 women took HRT for one or five years.
