Sydney Medical School Early Career Researcher Showcase & Networking Event

What:

The Sydney Medical School’s Early Career Research (ECR) Showcase was held on 28 April 2017 at the Westmead Insitute for Medical Research.

It was a chance for ECRs (up to 10 years post-PhD) to present their research to a general audience and to engage researchers from across the Sydney Medical School. The event was designed to encourage new collaborations and to inform ECRs of new support and networking systems available to them.

The Showcase comprised of a range of short talks from ECRs with prizes awarded for the best presentations. The event also included a workshop session and a networking and social event.
