Cardiothoracic Surgery Research Grant Scheme
The University of Sydney Medical School is now calling for applications for its Cardiothoracic Surgery Research grant scheme. These grants will be advertised again in 2011 for funding in 2012.

This is scheme is made possible by a generous donation from Mr Richard Longes and funded through the Cardiothoracic Surgery Research and Education Fund and Sydney Medical School.
The scheme is available to support research activity in cardiothoracic surgery or related fields at Royal North Shore Hospital and North Shore Private Hospital. It offers one or more grants totalling up to $50,000 for research to be conducted at either of these sites. It is available to any student enrolled at the University of Sydney and/or any medical practitioner, scientist, nurse or other health professional working at Royal North Shore Hospital or North Shore Private Hospital.
