Academic profile pages

The profile pages are automatically produced for all members of Sydney Medical School using available data sourced from various databases; some maintained by the Medical School, some from other sources.
Individuals are encouraged to add a photograph and add a brief statement of their research interests.

Research Publications Collection (RPC)

RPC harvests publications from PubMed (Medline) and collects them for reporting as part of the University’s HERDC reporting requirements.

When RPC identifies a publication which it thinks might be yours you will receive an email asking you to check and, if it is yours, complete some details about the other authors if you are able. If the publication is not yours deny it and it will be removed from your records.

Funding opportunities

Sydney Medical School offers funding to Medical School members through a number of internal schemes as well as assistance and advice on accessing funding from external bodies.

Information on these schemes is circulated through the Medical School mailing list* and is listed on the website of the Office of Research and Research Training. Check this site regularly for up-to-date information.
