Research Professional is designed to assist you in your search for research funding. It is a database of funding opportunities in all disciplines from a wide range of sponsors in Australia and overseas. All funding opportunities in the database are eligibility verified for Australian researchers. Research Professional has powerful searching and customisation tools. Registered users can also save their searches and set up email alerts.

Accessing Research Professional

The Research Portfolio provides free access to the Research Professional database for University of Sydney Research staff. You must use an @sydney.edu.au email address to register for Research professional.

All applications for external research grants must be submitted through the Research Grants Administration and Funding (RGAF) unit of the Research Portfolio.
