Volunteering at Sydney University Museums
There are many ways in which you can get involved with the University’s museums and collections. As a volunteer you can work alongside staff in preparing exhibitions, welcoming visitors, conducting tours and assisting in documenting the collections as well as fundraising and assisting with public programs.

Work Experience

Sydney University Museums offers a limited number of work experience placements to school students throughout the year. Students will work with the Public Programs team gaining experience in a variety of areas including research, museums administration, public programs and events in museums, and collection management.
