Album of 13 images captioned “A few animal pictures taken by the British Antarctic Expedition 1907-09/ Laura White with best wishes Ray Priestly 18/3/10”. 77 prints. Images relating to Antarctic exploration. Sir Raymond Priestly (1886-1974) was appointed as geologist to Ernest Shackleton’s Antartic Expedition (1907-1909) and Robert Scott’s Antartic Expedition (1910-1913) when he was part of the group that wintered at Terra Nova Bay.
