Biographical details

Jan joined the Macleay Museum in 2007 as Curator of the History Collections, which comprise the Historic Photographs Collection and the Science Collection. She previously was Archivist at the Australian Museum. Her earlier career was as research assistant in the area of Australian history for the Department of History, RSSS, Australian National University, and then for Professor Ken Inglis on his major histories of the ABC and war memorials in the Australian landscape.
