IMF chief says investment in education should be a priority

International Monetary Fund managing director Christine Lagarde urged governments to invest in education and health as a priority, on the ABC's Q&A program last night.
The special edition of the program, filmed at the University, was co-presented by the University of Sydney and The Global Foundation.

The first woman to be Managing Director of the IMF and finance minister of a G8 economy, Lagarde is a noted French lawyer and politician.
