WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Anyone with an active interest in the future health of Australia's grain, fodder, horticultural and apiculture industries.
WHY
To bring together agricultural professionals to interact with six leading experts speaking on the interaction between biosecurity and food security so that as an industry we are able to pre-empt and deal with biosecurity risks in a way which minimises major impacts on our food security.
WHO
The symposium is organised by the NSW Division of AIA in collaboration with the Farrer Trust, and supported by the Australian Plant Pathology Society, NSW Department of Primary Industries, Grains Research & Development Corporation, and The University of Sydney (Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources).
COST
$30 (AIAST and APPS members), $50 (non-members). Includes lunch, morning and afternoon tea.
Students are FREE but must register.

Leading University of Sydney crop researcher, Dr Colin Wellings, will present the oration.
