Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been used in the treatment and prevention of illness and disease for thousands of years. Whether in the form of herbal medicine, acupuncture, Chinese massage or Taiji, TCM is increasingly recognized to be beneficial in maintaining wellbeing worldwide.

At this lecture, the speakers will introduce you to the ancient culture, philosophy and principles of TCM. Covering such topics as Yin and Yang theory and important Chinese herbal remedies, you will learn about the differences between Chinese and Western medicine and some simple ways to use Chinese herbal medicine to improve your wellbeing.
