Transform Yourself with Tai Ji

15 April 2010

Come and experience the healing power of Tai Ji with the Confucius Institute's new Tai Ji class.

Tai Ji is a Chinese Martial Art that has become one of the world's most popular forms of exercise. Using the ancient Chinese principles of Yin and Yang, Tai Ji uses soft, slow and continuous movements in order to train the body and focus the mind.

Starting on Wednesday 19 May, the class is taught by a new instructor who truly understands the needs of beginners and will take you step-by-step to the foundation of Tai Ji. This simple program is suitable for anyone wishing to improve their health and wellbeing.

Classes take place in the Old Teacher's College building, Camperdown Campus. University of Sydney staff and students are eligible for a discounted price of $130 for eight weeks (normally $145).
