Tea Appreciate Lunch with the Confucius Institute
10 November 2010
The Confucius Institute aims to bring Chinese tea culture to the Australian people, and to do so, we are hosting a Tea Appreciation Lunch at Zensation Tea House.
There you will experience the muscle relaxing and blood cleansing properties of White Peony tea, understand the cancer fighting components of Oolong, and taste a cup of rare Du Hong Pao tea, which legend has it healed a Ming Dynasty Emperor.
The lunch includes three teas tasting, a dim sum lunch, and a tea appreciation talk by a Zensation Tea House tea expert. This event will be held on Sunday 28th November.
