Learn basic Kung Fu movements and self-defence techniques

In the Confucius Institute's Traditional Chinese Martial Arts Course, students will learn basic martial arts forms and self defence techniques.

The style of martial arts teaching is tailored towards beginners. A physical warmup and light stretching at the beginning of class is followed by controlled instruction on various techniques.

The course is taught by Hongguang Niu, who has received full formal education in Traditional Chinese Martial Arts and has taught in China before coming to Australia.
