New European FP7 International Research Staff Exchange Scheme[31 August 2010]
A European FP7 International Research Staff Exchange Scheme proposal titled "CoopLab" has been recommended for funding. The proposed project, which involves Dr. Lavy Libman from the CDHPC in collaboration with CERTH (Greece), University Pierre and Marie Curie (France), New York University's Polytechnic Institute (USA), NICTA (Australia), Nile University (Egypt) and Abdelmalek Essaadi University (Morocco), will target the emerging area of cooperative wireless communications through a systematic experimental approach, and will implement and support several representative cooperative scenarios in a federated testbed environment that will provide open and easy-to-use interfaces for experimentation in wireless networks.
