uni 2 beyond, an award-winning initiative of the Centre for Disability Studies, supports people with intellectual disability to experience university life at the University of Sydney.

Students attend lectures and tutorials of their choice, and take part in university life through engagement with peers.

uni 2 beyond students receive peer support through matched mentors.

A mentor is a trusted peer who provides support and guidance to assist students to have a rich and fulfilling experience at the university, both academically and socially.

We are currently seeking undergraduate and postgraduate students from all disciplines to join our mentoring program.
