New Exercise Physiology degree set to combat obesity
17 October 2008
The launch of the University of Sydney's Master of Exercise Physiology this year is perfectly timed as Australia is crowned the world's fattest nation.
The Master of Exercise Physiology trains health professionals to deliver treatment through exercise and will be available for postgraduate study at the University's Faculty of Health Sciences from Semester 1, 2009. With the latest obesity study labeling 26 per cent of Australian adults as obese, this is indeed a timely announcement. [[/news_events/news/2008/new_degree.shtml||more..]]
