Health Symposium Success
9 December 2009
On October 31, visitors to Cumberland were treated to the Health Sciences Symposium as part of the fantastic celebrations of the 30th anniversary of the Faculty of Health Sciences. This series of mini-lectures by our leading scientists provided the audience with an insight into the pioneering and world-class research that is being undertaken at the Faculty.
The range of expertise on display was wide-spread across all disciplines, emphasising the impressive and significant work that is conducted at Cumberland. From the importance of child's play, the new direction of our health records, and nutrition for health and peak performance, the Symposium was an excellent way for academics and community members alike to be informed of the latest findings in health research.
All the lectures can be viewed as video recordings here.
