ICT Service Update: University services now online

ICT has successfully restored access to University services affected by the hardware failure that occurred last Thursday afternoon. Some faculty-specific applications hosted on services will need to be validated this week. If you require assistance or more information, please contact the ICT Helpdesk on ext 16000.
The following services are now available:
- Echo360 lecture downloads, streaming and recording
- UniKey login/authentication
- Internal and outbound email
- ICT Self Service Portal
- Sydney Student
