The Corporate Law section of the Ross Parsons Centre at the Sydney Law School recently hosted a special seminar on the role of the board of directors.

Entitled, Corporate Governance Review: Reflection on the board of directors, it took place at the Banco Court in The Supreme Court of New South Wales on 10 December 2012.
