Congratulations to the Sydney University Law Society (SULS) team on winning the Nicholas Cowdery QC Criminal Law Moot. The team consisting Louise Coleman, Jackson Wherrett and Sarah Bradbury defeated UTS in the annual competition held at UTS on 20 September 2012. In 2011, SULS and the UTS LSS established the Nicholas Cowdery QC Criminal Law Moot.The question each year relates to the substantive criminal law, or the adjectival laws of evidence or procedure.
