Four Australian judges  who are alumni of Sydney Law School are on a United Nations shortlist to rid nepotism and corruption among UN management:

• The Hon. Justice Kirby AM CMG (BA 1959 LLB 1962 BEc 1966 LLM 1967 LLD 1996)

• The Hon. Justice Michael Adams (LLB 1969)

• The Hon. Justice Brian Tamberlin (BA 1959 LLB 1962)

• The Hon. Justice Rodney Madgwick, QC (LLB 1965)
